 Welcome To Region 17 - North Redondo Beach Minimize

Fall Season Registration is in progress for the 2008 soccer season.

 When: Sat, June 14, 10am – 2pm
Where: Adams Middle School Soccer Field (map)
Description: Region 17 - Regular Registation Day

When: Sat, June 28, 10am – 2pm
Where: Adams Middle School Soccer Field (map)
Description: Region 17 - Regular Registation Day

Fees:
Per player regular fee is $130
VIP (Special Needs Players) fee is $25

Limited scholarships are available - inquire at registration.

STEP 1):  Fill out the registration form for players and volunteers on-line at http://www.eayso.org.
Print out two copies of each form.

STEP 2): To complete the registration process for players and volunteers you must print two copies of the registration forms and bring them with payment to one of the registration days listed above.  Bring proof of birth (Birth Certificate, Passport, etc.) if the player has not played in Region 17 before.  Volunteers bring current photo identification (drivers license).

STEP 3):  Payments in the form of Cash, Check, Money Order, VISA, or MasterCard are accepted.  Make checks payable to AYSO Region 17.  On the memo field write your children(s) names for reference.
