Saturday, July 11:  10 AM to 2 PM at Adams Middle School Fields.

Bring your completed:

•  eAYSO player forms
• eAYSO volunteer forms
•  Region 17 Volunteer Form (from the "Registration" page here)
• Region 17 Parent Pledge  (from the "Registration" page here)

The only paperwork to fill out on site will be the player post card!
