Online Referee Scheduler: Click link Below
To enter the system go to www.arbitersports.com, and log in. At the top of the main page is a box that says “ready to be assigned”. You MUST click that box. Also, everyone new or returning MUST go to the profile tab and add a city and zip code. Don’t forget to click save!
When you have finished this click on the “Schedule” tab. This opens up three options. Calendar shows you all of the games you have signed up for. You have the option under “Display” to change how you view the information. The next tab is “ Self Assign”. This is where you go to actually sign up for games. Click this tab and you will see a filter. Select the date, the site, and a specific level such as U10 boys, or you can select “All”. A list of games will populate once you hit the search button. There are game numbers on the left side. If all of the positions are open, you will see a center, AR1, and AR2. If you see that a particular game has only an AR1 slot, that means the center and AR2 are filled. Once a spot is filled, it disappears from the list. To sign up, find the slot you want and click the “Go” Icon. You will get a message saying that you “successfully assigned as AR2 on game#3”. If you want additional slots, just repeat the process.
If you want to see the entire schedule including all of the slots that are full, go to the third tab, which is “Master Schedule”. All of the games are listed there with earliest dates and times first. You can use the filter to narrow your selection. If you click the “View Slots” button, you’ll see all of the games with their assigned referees. That all there is to it.
If you realize that you signed up for the wrong game, or a schedule conflict comes up and you need to back out of a game, you need to send me an e-mail and cc Alonzo Ramirez (Alonzo_Ramirez@raytheon.com), who also has administrator rights. We can go in and remove you from the game. Please consider your choices carefully before signing up so that Alonzo and I do not have spend an unreasonable amount of time removing people from games.

U10-U14 Referee Point System - 2011
In the competitive divisions, U10 through U14, each team will be required to supply referees for the total number of games they play, plus 5. This includes the early part of the season’s practice games, and the later games that count.
Referee points will be added to your standings points in the competitive phase of the season, not to exceed your game total, based on the number of games refereed.
For example: a team plays 8 “practice” games, and 7 real games, for a total of 15. After adding the extra 5 games, this is a requirement of 20 games where the team must supply a referee. When we start keeping standings in games 9-15, once you have enough games refereed to cover the 8 practice games plus the extra 5 (total of 13), each additional game refereed, up to 1 per competitive game (7 games, in this case), will result in 1 “referee point” added to your team’s standings. You get 3 points for a win, and 1 for a tie, plus one for each referee point. So, for example, if you win your first game and have already refereed 15 games, you will at that point have the 3 points for the win, plus 2 referee points, for a total of 5.
Sample Standings:
Win loss Tie Ref pts Total
Team 1 6 0 1 0 19
Team 2 5 2 0 7 24
Team 3 4 3 1 7 20
Team 4 3 3 1 4 14
Even though team 1 had the best record, as you can see, the lack of ref points puts them in 3rd place, behind teams with inferior records, but who collected the maximum referee points.
Please be aware that AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, each referee must declare which team or teams he is refereeing for. If you declare more than one team, you must say how you want us to split your games. You ARE ALLOWED to later change that split ON A GOING FORWARD BASIS, but ONLY among teams you initially declared. You may NOT add a new team after your initial declaration, which must be made on a date identified by OCTOBER 1ST..
All games refereed in divisions U10 up through U19 will count as games refereed. U8 games will NOT count, as the teams supply mandatory referees for those games. Each game as EITHER a center referee or assistant referee counts as one game refereed.
New For 2011
Starting this season, referees will be awarded two points for a game done in U16 or U19. All other games will earn you the usual one point per game.
